What is your approach to therapy?

In my practice, I take a client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each individual's unique needs and goals. My approach is deeply rooted in a holistic model, recognizing the interconnection of body, mind, and spirit.

I also believe effective therapy happens when we cut through the surface and get to the core of your experience. How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions required varies depending on the individual and their specific situation. Some clients may benefit from short-term therapy to address immediate concerns, while others may choose long-term therapy for more complex issues. Together, we will discuss your needs and goals to create a treatment plan that works best for you.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Deciding to seek therapy is a personal choice, and it's important to consider your own feelings and needs. If you're experiencing emotional distress, struggling with relationships, facing life transitions, or simply seeking personal growth, therapy can provide valuable support and guidance. I offer a free initial consultation to help you determine if therapy is the right fit for you.

Is virtual therapy available?

My practice is fully virtual and allows you to get access to mental health services from the comfort of your location (CA or NY). All therapy sessions are conducted via a user friendly, secure platform accessible from an electronic devise of your choice. Once scheduled, you'll receive a link to join. No additional software or apps are required.
